Holistic Doula Care Rooted in Expertise

I’m Brit, founder of Pachamama Doula, devoted to supporting women as they cross one of life’s most profound thresholds—birth.

“Pachamama,” meaning Mother Earth in Quechua, honors my lineage as a Peruvian American and reflects the foundation of my work: reverence for the body, for the earth, and for the innate intelligence that guides both. It is a name that speaks to origin, to belonging, and to the cyclical nature of creation.

I have intentionally shaped my practice over the past 8 years to allow for presence, depth, and unwavering attention. This work is not rushed or routine; it is intimate, intuitive, and deeply held.

As a mother of two, I’ve experienced firsthand how modern birth spaces can overlook the centrality of the woman. My work is rooted in gently guiding birthing people back to their own power—where intuition, body, and instinct are trusted. Here, birth is not something to be managed, but something to be embodied.

To work together is to enter a space of reverence. I approach each birth as a sacred unfolding—a return to the deep feminine wisdom that lives within us all.

In devotion to this level of care, I intentionally support only two clients per season. This ensures a highly personalized, attentive, and fully supported experience.
